Job Title: Associate Program Director

This role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple programs, ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. The Associate Program Director will lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects on time, within budget, and to scope.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. They will also possess a deep understanding of program management principles and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing program portfolios to achieve strategic business outcomes.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive program plans to ensure timely delivery and within budget.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders, program team members, and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and drive results-oriented decision-making.
