Senior Portfolio Strategist

The role of Asset Management Lead involves developing and implementing asset allocation strategies for institutional clients. This entails working closely with the Investment Policy Statement team to incorporate asset class views from the Strategic Research Group.
- Develop comprehensive portfolio evaluation reports detailing market performance, investment results, style exposures, and recommendations for portfolio rebalancing.
- Assess fund/investment strategies and link their performance with market/economic developments and the investment process of asset managers.
- Provide expert advice to clients on manager search and selection for various investment strategies including US and Global Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Inflation, Real Estate, and ESG.
For this role, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics. Prior experience in asset management or financial services is essential, as is a minimum of 8 years' industry experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to synthesize complex data insights, and communicate findings effectively. Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of self-motivation, ownership, initiative, and attention to detail are also required.
