Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless functionality of all systems, managing and maintaining our ODIN software operations, configuring and monitoring firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a secure and efficient IT infrastructure
  • Manage and maintain ODIN software operations to ensure optimal performance
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers
  • Handle server management, including installation, upgrades, and performance optimization
  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)
  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and security protocols are in place
  • Oversee IT compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Provide support for network infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity across the organization
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide IT solutions and support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ODIN software and IT infrastructure management
  • Expertise in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server management
  • Proficiency in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Knowledge of data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Working Environment: The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience in IT management.
