IT Infrastructure Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
- System & User Support:
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
- Networking & Infrastructure:
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
- Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
- Server & Application Support:
- Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
- Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.
- Support SQL Server databases.
- Cloud & Security:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain IT documentation and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and international standards.
Required skills include strong knowledge of networking protocols, experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory, proficiency in Azure Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
