We are seeking a highly skilled expert in Oracle HCM Core HR to deliver exceptional value as a strategic consultant. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, focusing on the modern Redwood user experience and proven system upgrade management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups.
  • Configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
  • Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
  • Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys, and notifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, assessing the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.

Deliver high-quality results by conducting thorough testing in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.
