Job Title: Cybersecurity Architect

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for customer projects/accounts.
  • The successful candidate will work with customers to plan, design, configure, and diagnose Cisco's suite of products, services, and solutions to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance.
  • The ideal candidate will support presale activities, translating business requirements into solution design.
  • They will also build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues.
  • A key aspect of the role is creating and delivering customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • The successful candidate will align technical deliverables to customer business outcomes.
  • Additionally, they will drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and processes, as well as utilizing relevant tools, is essential for executing the role and supporting Professional Services' strategies and goals.

  • Expertise in technology design, implementation, and execution for customer projects/accounts.
  • Ability to work with customers to plan, design, configure, and diagnose Cisco's suite of products, services, and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Familiarity with service assurance and customer technology transitions.
