Franchise Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Franchise Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing and selling franchise opportunities from a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands.

About the Role:

  • Sell franchise opportunities across multiple Indian states, leveraging your exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, identifying best-fit franchise models tailored to their investment and business goals.
  • Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Representation: Represent and sell franchise opportunities from a wide variety of national and regional brands.
  2. Advisory Services: Serve as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, providing guidance on best-fit franchise models.
  3. Negotiation and Closing: Facilitate negotiations and close franchise deals virtually across multiple Indian states.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years in franchise sales with 20+ franchises sold.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for generating revenue and mastering multiple business sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, plus proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi) depending on the market you'll cover.
