Spare Parts Business Leader

We are seeking a leader to oversee the end-to-end spare parts strategy and operations for our diverse portfolio of electric commercial vehicles.
Spare Parts Strategy and Operations- Develop and implement an overall business plan that drives profitability for the commercial vehicle segment, focusing on aftermarket sales and distribution networks.
- Oversee inventory planning, pricing, supply chain management, and customer satisfaction across regional and national markets.
- At least 18 years of experience in commercial vehicle spare parts management, preferably with OEMs or large aftermarket organizations.
- Strong understanding of aftermarket dynamics, including parts planning, pricing strategies, and dealer relationships.
- Proven track record of scaling up parts businesses and managing cross-functional teams.
This role involves leading a team of experts who will develop and execute the spare parts strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market and the ability to drive growth through effective product offerings and distribution channels.
