About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our spare parts strategy and operations for a diverse portfolio of electric commercial vehicles.

The ideal candidate will lead the overall parts business strategy, operations, and profitability for the commercial vehicle segment.

  • Oversee the aftermarket parts supply chain, pricing, distribution network, inventory planning, and customer satisfaction across regional and national markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale up parts business and manage large teams.

Candidates with 18–25 years of experience in the commercial vehicle spare parts domain, preferably with leading OEMs or large aftermarket organizations, are encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of aftermarket dynamics, parts planning, pricing, and dealer management is required. A proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth is essential.

Requirements
