Contact Centre Executive

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer queries in a polite and professional manner, and taking ownership of all cases until a satisfactory solution is reached. You will also be required to meet agreed targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and to perform outbound calls for appointment confirmation, rescheduling, and telemarketing activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for informing patients about new products, treatments, and services, and for selling these to existing and new patients. You will also be required to listen to objections and handle them effectively, and to comply with all other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining a customer complaint/Suggestion log, and for actively participating in the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Programs and other In-Service Training Programs. You will also be required to perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Head of Department within the scope of your job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Take ownership of all cases until a satisfactory solution is reached

  • Perform outbound calls for appointment confirmation, rescheduling, and telemarketing activities
  • Inform patients about new products, treatments, and services
  • Sell these to existing and new patients
  • Listen to objections and handle them effectively
  • Comply with all other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
  • Maintain a customer complaint/Suggestion log
  • Actively participate in the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Programs and other In-Service Training Programs
  • Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Head of Department within the scope of your job
