Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative at Dynamed Healthcare Solutions Pvt., your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with a positive and professional attitude.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, including first call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide seamless customer experiences.
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Dynamed Healthcare Solutions Pvt., you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with experience working in a call centre environment.
