We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and script custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Customize Service Portals, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts for enhanced functionality.
  • Implement ITIL processes around Incident, Change, Problem, Case Management, and CMDB.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Expertise in Technology Service Management (TSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, scripting, and integrations.
  • Good understanding of UI customization, client scripts, and workflows.
  • ITIL knowledge across ITSM modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator), CSM/TSM certifications.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and agile methodologies.
