Job Title: Strategic Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and with minimal risk. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution
  • Monitor and track program progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives
  • Manage changes to the program scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure program performance using relevant tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate issues to management as required
  • Perform risk management to minimize program risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
  • At least 10 years of experience in program management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of formal program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
