We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive project success in our trading team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in C++ and C# programming languages, as well as experience with real-time trading applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution.
  • Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol, broker APIs) with internal systems for seamless communication.
  • Optimize and refactor codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to guarantee platform stability.
  • Monitor and support production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in team handling is required, with the ability to assign tasks and get results from the team.
  • Strong proficiency in C++, C#, and knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design are essential skills.
  • Experience with third-party API integration and familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools are highly desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently, while understanding security and compliance requirements in fintech.
