About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to oversee the entire production process, from planning to execution.

  • Manage internal teams for efficient production and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute production plans, scheduling, and monitoring to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Prepare and review production documents for new products in line with quality guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct quality assessments and address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train production personnel, promoting a disciplined and safe working environment.
  • Oversee the entire production cycle, including resource allocation, productivity, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and procurement teams for seamless workflow.
  • Communicate with external vendors and manage outsourced production to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials and manage stock procurement.
  • Analyze production reports, cycle times, and capacity utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain operational harmony on the production floor.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of core production experience within an export house environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduates from premier institutions preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, time and action calendars (TNA), and project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing fabrics, trims, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of punctuality, dedication, and a proactive approach to challenges.
