As a General Manager - Operations, you will lead a team of Operations Leads and ensure customer delight by coordinating with design and production teams to meet committed timelines.
- Own the customer experience post booking project till handover.
- Act as highest point of escalation for your region and resolve customer issues within committed ETAs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable faster issue resolution.
- Be a people manager to empower existing team and hire best talents in the country.
- Ensure adherence to defined process SOPs and standards to provide standardized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations from start to finish.
- Solve complex customer problems quickly.
- Lead cross-functional teams for success.
- Develop and mentor team members.
- Maintain high-quality service standards.
Requirements:
- NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools shall be preferred.
- 7 to 12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
- People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles is a must).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
