As a General Manager - Operations, you will lead a team of Operations Leads and ensure customer delight by coordinating with design and production teams to meet committed timelines.

  • Own the customer experience post booking project till handover.
  • Act as highest point of escalation for your region and resolve customer issues within committed ETAs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable faster issue resolution.
  • Be a people manager to empower existing team and hire best talents in the country.
  • Ensure adherence to defined process SOPs and standards to provide standardized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex customer problems quickly.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for success.
  • Develop and mentor team members.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards.

Requirements:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools shall be preferred.
  • 7 to 12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles is a must).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
