Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone who can collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and content strategists to define problems & goals; map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.
  • The ideal candidate will design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business needs.
  • This role requires someone who can run projects end to end with engineers to drive the team's vision to the finish line.
  • We need someone who can create new interactions that are intuitive, practical, and convergent. The successful candidate will evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.
  • The Senior Product Designer will solve complex interactions through prototyping or motion design.
  • This person will lead a product charter and mentor designers or interns.
  • Effective storytelling and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • We are looking for someone who can move seamlessly from strategy to ideation to execution.
  • This role also involves helping hire and grow the team.
