We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Lendex Technology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, networking, market visits, and social media platforms to actively seek out new sales prospects.
  • Client Meetings and Presentations: Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns, and deliver engaging and informative presentations on our range of products and services.
  • Sales Reporting and Stock Management: Generate regular sales and financial reports, and ensure adequate stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
  • Industry Representation and Negotiation: Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences, negotiate and close deals, and effectively manage customer concerns or objections.
  • Team Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and outcomes, and gather customer feedback and insights to share with internal teams.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience and Qualifications: Demonstrable experience in a Sales Executive role or similar position, with a minimum qualification of a Graduate degree and a Postgraduate degree advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in English language, technical knowledge of IT-related products, proficiency in MS Office suite, and experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Marketing and Negotiation Techniques: Comprehensive understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques, with the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations.
Additional Information:

We specialize in solution integration and seek individuals with strong technical acumen to effectively interpret client requirements. A preferred candidate would have a background working with System Integrator companies with 12 years of experience in technical solution sales of networking equipment, surveillance systems, audiovisual technology, video conferencing, web conferencing, and similar products.
