Business Development Executive

At Xcellence-IT, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through market research, client relationship management, and sales revenue achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and competition analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and present marketing materials and pitches to clients, tailored to their specific needs.
- Lead business development activities, including lead generation, demos, and sales closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and partnership-based relationships.
- Post-sales support and up-selling to existing accounts.
- Develop new ideas to achieve sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
