VPN Infotech is a leading IT software development company in India, offering offshore web & mobile development services. We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining a sales funnel through lead generation activities.
  • Handling incoming queries and building strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams for closure.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set by the business.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the IT Services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.
  • Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
