Business Development Executive

VPN Infotech is a leading IT software development company in India, offering offshore web & mobile development services. We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining a sales funnel through lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building strong client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams for closure.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set by the business.
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the IT Services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.
- Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
