Associate - CSR Specialist

About the Role:
The CSR Services team at Give is the primary owner of all client relationships, responsible for overall client delight. Our service offerings include strategy and program design, partner identification, on-ground monitoring and evaluation, and overall impact portfolio management. We also support clients in effectively using our CSR management tech platform. As an Associate in this team, you will work with clients to understand day-to-day operational tasks pertaining to overall deliverables for various stakeholders. This role requires a good understanding and appreciation of the CSR/impact ecosystem and applicable standards/laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Identification and Delivery:
- Understand clients' CSR vision and co-develop an action roadmap aligned to their CSR goals.
- Maintain close coordination with clients for timely delivery of services as per the agreed scope of work.
- Deliver high-quality reports/updates/insights to clients by regularly engaging with NGO partners and internal teams at Give.
- Keep up with updates in the CSR ecosystem and social development space to ably guide clients.
Strategic Consulting:
- Help clients design/restructure programs in line with their intent and that delivers real, measurable, sustainable impact.
- Undertake secondary research of the CSR/impact landscape/peer research to provide insights and trends to clients.
- Analyse data from multiple sources and derive actionable insights for all stakeholders of CSR programs. Share data-backed insights with clients regarding their programs.
- Over time, develop depth of knowledge and expertise within specific sub-verticals of the development landscape.
Internal Stakeholder Management:
- Timely raise internal requests to ensure that the overall project plan and objectives are met.
- Develop understanding of our tech products to provide appropriate guidance to client teams.
- Actively contribute to presales efforts by supporting the development of high-quality collateral and proposals.
- Contribute to ongoing development of thought leadership content through creation of reports, articles, podcasts, etc.
Required Skills and Expertise:

We are looking for self-starters who are willing to learn fast and work towards building an excellent customer-centric experience while providing them with quality support and guidance. We are looking for individuals with a strong academic background, preferably from top-tier institutes. Experience in CSR or development space or equivalent consulting experience is preferred. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, backed by strong verbal and written communication, along with keen attention to detail, are essential. Technical skills include strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Sheets and Slides. Soft skills include client communication, project management, relationship building, stakeholder management, and client influencing. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with a strong commitment to ethical practices, social justice, and advancing positive social outcomes is required.
