About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled CSR Services Manager to join our team at Give India. As a CSR Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, and managing a team of associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own engagement delivery
- Ensure high-quality, well-researched, data-backed delivery of insights and inputs to clients and lead key stakeholders and executive presentations
- Coordinate with NGO partners and client stakeholders for timely delivery of services/deliverables
- Drive collaboration across teams internal and external
- Keep up with updates in the CSR ecosystem and social development space to ably guide clients
- Contribute to ongoing development of thought leadership content through creation of reports, articles, podcasts, etc.
- Develop content for future clients, current clients, as well as for internal knowledge-sharing sessions
- Understand client vision and co-develop impact roadmap
- Support clients to design/restructure programs in line with business intent which deliver real, measurable, sustainable impact
- Manage scope, time, and resources effectively to ensure reasonable delivery margins
Account Management:
- Own client relationship and experience across all workstreams
- Drive revenue growth (renewals and expansions), and delivery margins for the portfolio
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts by supporting the development of high-quality collateral and compelling proposals
Team Management:
- Manage a team of up to 3 associates to deliver the scope of work and beyond to clients
- Identify training needs for the team and handhold them for professional development
Requirements:
- We at Give believe in learning through doing
- We are looking for self-starters who are willing to learn fast and work towards building an excellent customer-centric experience while providing them with quality support and guidance
- Graduate/postgraduate from top-tier institutes with strong academic background
- An academic background in sociology/social work/economics/development studies/other allied streams will be a positive but is not essential
- Minimum 7 years' experience in management consulting, CSR/impact consulting, business strategy, project management roles
- Domain knowledge of CSR rules and understanding of CSR ecosystem in India along with areas of national priority such as skilling, women empowerment, MCH, climate change would be a strong positive, but is not essential
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior executives
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, backed by strong verbal and written communication along with keen attention to detail
