
Senior Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead business growth initiatives and drive sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and meet sales targets.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Nurture leads, convert them into qualified prospects, and drive them through the sales pipeline.
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric solutions, enhance customer experience, and increase customer lifetime value.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of direct selling and sales management experience, preferably in a similar industry or geography.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to grow business in multiple verticals.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a high level of motivation.
- Thorough understanding of the software industry and the ability to articulate its offerings effectively.
