At our company, we are seeking a skilled Account Strategist to lead our account strategy and delivery for major South Asia telecom clients.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage invoicing, resource allocation, and cross-team collaboration to meet client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

About You

You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, relationship building, and governance across all levels. Your primary goal is to identify, develop, and monetize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within accounts.

Your Key Deliverables

  • Multi-year account growth and revenue expansion with measurable value delivery
  • Seamless execution of solutions and services, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and group-wide rollouts
  • Strategic account plans and governance models aligned with telecom operator needs
  • Cross-functional team management with focus on training, retention, and utilization

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading account strategy and delivery for major telecom clients
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
