About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries.

  2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and support throughout the sales process, fostering strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.

  3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, providing accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and pricing.

  4. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth, utilizing CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.

  5. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, conducting follow-up calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  6. Demonstrate empathy and understanding in addressing client concerns and objections, staying updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance and productivity.
