Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) and Python to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your knowledge and experience in machine learning to drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions
  • Translate prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components
  • Develop and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases
  • Train and optimize numeric machine-learning models
  • Apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation
  • Integrate models into backend systems and support real-time/batch inference services
  • Work with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
  • Hands-on experience with LLL solution development and integration
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio, and LangSmith or equivalent observability/debugging platforms
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) or orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)
