Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

A seasoned professional with expertise in cutting-edge machine learning solutions is required to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction for projects, breaking down complex business requirements into actionable work plans for the team.
  • Spearhead the development and technical implementation of machine learning solutions, including configuration and integration, to fulfill strategic objectives.
  • Lead routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Deliver AI/ML solutions using emerging technologies for multiple products or complex projects with minimal guidance, driving growth and innovation.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge in machine learning and AI.
  • Explain complex concepts and influence others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives, fostering collaboration and shared understanding.
  • Craft and sustain technical outputs such as design documentation and representative models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Design and develop control logic for end-to-end AI-based solutions, leveraging expertise in machine learning and software development.
  • Lead the design and development of Proof of Concepts and complex AI/ML solutions, driving business value and innovation.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Over 5 years of experience with machine learning, especially Recommender Systems, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of data processing, ML infrastructure, and DevOps/MLOps, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • At least 2 years with cloud technologies (preferably AWS, AWS SageMaker), driving scalability and efficiency.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and data modeling, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • DBT is a plus, enhancing data engineering and analytics capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Keras, expanding technology stacks and expertise.

Preferred Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai. The successful candidate will be working remotely due to current circumstances.
