Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of the team, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions from architectural design and independent implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

As an AI Engineer, you will be empowered to drive technical decisions and play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sophisticated AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks, architect and build robust backend systems, integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces, and utilize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with Langchain, and demonstrated expertise with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI. Additionally, they should have experience working with Vector Databases, deep understanding of LLMs, and proficient Git skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
