Senior AI/ML Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Train, and Deploy Custom OCR Models: Leverage Azure Document Intelligence and AWS Textract to create tailored solutions for document processing and analysis.
  • Automate Document Classification and Data Extraction: Extract insights from structured/unstructured inputs (PDFs, scanned images, invoices, etc.) using Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Build Multilingual OCR Workflows: Integrate Azure Translator and apply NLP insights using AWS Comprehend to analyze and understand documents across languages.
  • Develop GenAI-Powered Solutions: Utilize AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI for semantic understanding, summarization, and contextual search of documents.
  • Implement and Optimize Scalable Pipelines: Use Python, Java, or .NET to process and refine OCR output in JSON/CSV format.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to gather requirements and deliver production-grade solutions that meet data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ Years of Experience: In OCR technologies, intelligent document processing, and enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
  • Azure AI Services Expertise: Form Recognizer/Document Intelligence, Translator, OpenAI.
  • AWS AI/ML Stack Expertise: Textract, Comprehend, Rekognition, Bedrock.
  • Strong Coding Skills: Python, Java, or .NET with hands-on experience in post-processing OCR outputs.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Environments: AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Step Functions) and Azure cloud environments.
  • Document Layout Analysis: Deep knowledge of tables, forms, key-value pairs.
  • NLP Tools and GenAI Model Training: Experience with translation APIs and model deployment.
  • DevOps Practices: Understanding of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
  • Agile Project Experience: Comfortable working in client-facing roles with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
