About the Job

As a seasoned AI/ML Engineer, you will be part of our Data Science and AI Competency Center, contributing to the development of high-performing, scalable ML/AI applications in cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building enterprise-grade applications, working with cross-functional teams to implement Machine Learning models into production, and designing innovative automation solutions for scale and efficiency.

We are looking for a technical leader who can guide junior engineers and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to drive the implementation of ML/AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Machine Learning Concepts: Good understanding of ML/AI concepts, including types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, and AI architectures.
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud concepts and architectures, as well as working knowledge with selected cloud services, preferably GCP.
  • Programming Languages: Expertise in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python, with at least 6-8 years of experience in production-ready code development.
  • Data Pipelines: Practical experience in designing and implementing data pipelines.
  • ML Solutions: Hands-on experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks.
