**Job Title: AI/ML Engineer - Innovation Leader**

 

About the Role:

This is a highly skilled position that involves leading a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and productivity. You will be responsible for developing robust machine learning systems using Python.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to develop innovative solutions.
  • Design, build, and deploy efficient machine learning models and end-to-end solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of AI/ML projects.
  • Implement data science processes, including data preprocessing, analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Manage and retrieve data using SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks.
  • Optimize code for performance improvements.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle practices.
  • Evaluate models based on statistical analysis and performance metrics.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Python programming experience.
  • 5+ years of experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Experience with Python web frameworks for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms and NLP techniques.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with containerization, cloud platforms, and MLOps principles.
