Senior Software Engineering Leadership Position

  • Data & Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture
  • AI & Innovation: Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication

Experience: 8 - 15 years

Detailed Job Responsibilities

Serving as a domain-level architect, defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices.

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes.
  • Own critical technical decisions across multiple domains, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering technical leadership capacity.
  • Guide adoption of AI-first practices, enabling teams to leverage AI accelerators and automation to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence strategies and architecture reviews.
