At ADCI, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Interview Coordinator to join our team in Karnataka. This role will play a critical part in the success of our business, and we offer an attractive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The Executive Interview Coordinator will work closely with top-level executives from around the globe to coordinate their interviews with Amazon. This high-visibility role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire candidate coordination lifecycle, including scheduling on-site interviews, coordinating with executive assistants, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with executive assistants to ensure smooth execution
  • Managing the entire candidate coordination lifecycle, from initial contact to start date
  • Entering and tracking candidate information in Amazon's database to maintain accurate records
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Managing multiple tasks and action items to ensure timely completion and delivery

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Recruiting Coordination or Project Coordination experience
  • Experience supporting senior management in large corporate environments or senior professionals in professional services firms
  • PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools

  • Multitasking, prioritization, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information
  • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
  • Smart decision-making and the ability to anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalations
  • Impeccable attention to detail and experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments

We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from ₹8,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on the level of expertise and industry standards.
