Deluxe Localization Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Localization Coordinator, Dubbing to join our team at Deluxe.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating dubbing projects with external studios, ensuring smooth delivery, and effective communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Kick-off schedules with dubbing studios, facilitating the handover of project assets and assets distribution.
  • Proactive project monitoring, ensuring milestones and timelines are aligned with client expectations and deadlines.
  • Capacity planning and coordination, working closely with dubbing studios to prioritize tasks, manage capacity constraints, and maintain alignment with project requirements.
  • Main point of contact for dubbing studios, facilitating communication, addressing questions or issues, and reporting on project health to inform stakeholders.
  • Risk management, proactively identifying potential delays, flagging concerns, and coordinating with dubbing studios to mitigate risks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including project management tools, Microsoft Office, Sfera, Jira, Trello, and Smart Sheets. We value candidates with prior experience in project coordination, preferably within the media, entertainment, or localization industry.

To succeed as a Localization Coordinator, Dubbing, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be proficient in project management software and possess knowledge of dubbing workflows and processes.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Information: This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on qualifications and performance.
