Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage banking and investment relationships with high net worth individuals.

This role involves developing, managing, and expanding customer relationships by delivering exceptional service levels that exceed client expectations.

  • Identify current and potential relationships with incremental revenue potential and grow the business
  • Achieve sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, FOREX, cards, and investments
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall growth of liabilities and investment business for HNI clients
  • Develop and expand customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular communication
  • Drive product and channel penetration to deepen relationships and increase wallet share with the bank
Requirements:
  • Maintain portfolio quality through regular engagement with mapped HNI relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client service and sales satisfaction
