Job Title: Senior Electrical Procurement Specialist

Job Overview
Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled electrical procurement specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of electrical materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for electrical equipment.
  • Assess suppliers' reliability and maintain relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Manage the entire procurement process, from placing orders through SAP to tracking delivery and ensuring compliance with project timelines.
  • Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure that procured materials and equipment meet project requirements.
  • Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure adherence to project budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure that all procured materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure effective communication throughout the procurement process.
