Electrical Procurement Specialist

This is a senior procurement role where you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential suppliers of electrical equipment.

  • Negotiation Expertise: Utilize negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms and conditions with suppliers, including cost, delivery, and quality parameters.
  • Procurement Process Management: Manage the entire procurement process from order placement through tracking delivery and ensuring compliance with project timelines.
  • Tech Spec Review: Conduct thorough reviews of technical specifications and drawings to ensure procured materials meet project requirements.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure adherence to project budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all procured materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to manage inventory levels of electrical materials.
  • Documentation Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports on procurement performance.
