Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer success principles and be able to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team and play a key role in driving business outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Strengthen relationships with our clients: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure a robust Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Manage large-scale campaigns: Oversee the management of large-scale campaigns and track projects using CRM systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Understand clients' marketing objectives: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, strategy, content production, and others, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews: Conduct regular check-ins and arrange performance reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
- Stay current with industry trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative and executable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment.
- Clear understanding of content marketing and familiarity with digital marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and identifying opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to appreciate data and other metrics.
- Prior experience with monthly revenue reporting and MIS reporting.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and collaboration software.
