Senior HCM Cloud Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in HCM cloud technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes globally.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and OIC integrations. Additionally, the selected individual will configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
The role also involves building and customizing data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs. Furthermore, the chosen candidate will support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire & Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
To excel in this position, strong technical skills are required, including BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and APIs & Integration. Experience with secure data frameworks and hands-on expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and OIC integrations is also essential.
