Job Overview

Easy Home Finance Limited is seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our regional office in the South Region.

Job Description

This is a key role that requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage office operations, ensure smooth execution of tasks, and maintain high levels of productivity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Manage office upkeep, including cabins, conference rooms, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
  • Travel and Inspection: Travel to the South Region for inspections and repairs/maintenance in coordination with Head Office.
  • Employee Support: Handle employee queries related to Admin IT & HR and forward them to Head Office for resolution.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Correspondence: Manage office correspondence and emails.
  • Petty Cash Handling: Handle Regional Office Petty Cash.
Weekly Tasks
  • Vcard Printing: Verify and validate the printing of Vcards on a weekly basis.
  • Bills Submission: Timely submission of bills and follow-up for Vendor payments through FoxPay.
  • Asset Maintenance: Preventive maintenance of all office assets at branches.
  • Policies Enforcement: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports to Head Office.
Monthly Tasks
  • MIS Reports: Generate Electricity Bills MIS, Petty Cash Expenses MIS, and Compliances MIS.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong background in business operations, administration, or a related field is required. Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is also essential.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
