Enhance Communication Skills as a Voice and Accent Coach

We are seeking an experienced Voice and Accent Coach to boost the spoken communication skills of employees. This role involves training individuals and groups to improve their pronunciation, clarity, confidence, and professionalism in English.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in phonetics, intonation, and articulation, with a strong focus on neutralizing regional accents and enhancing customer interaction quality.

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on voice modulation, diction, and accent reduction.
  • Design and execute coaching modules tailored to different levels of employees.
  • Provide interactive practice sessions and role-plays to simulate real customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of participants' voice and accent skills.
  • Offer constructive feedback and development plans.
  • Track progress and share reports with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional command over spoken and written English.
  • Strong understanding of phonetics and articulation.
  • Ability to teach neutral English (US/UK/Global Neutral).
  • Certification in phonetics/voice coaching/accent training is advantageous.
