Job Description

Position Overview:

- As a Voice and Accent Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on improving pronunciation, intonation, and overall communication skills. You will work with individuals and groups to enhance their English language proficiency, ensuring clear and effective communication in both professional and personal settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice and accent training, along with CEFR or IELTS certification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of learners, focusing on voice modulation, accent reduction, and pronunciation improvement.
- Assess learners current proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement through diagnostic evaluations and feedback.
- Create and utilize various training materials, including exercises, workshops, and multimedia resources, to facilitate effective learning.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and group sessions to address specific communication challenges and goals.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training for V&A Domain
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, Communication, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Certification in CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is required.

Preferred

Skills:

- Certification in additional language training methodologies or voice coaching techniques.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with cultural nuances and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
