  • Collaborate with senior management to establish quality objectives and goals for the team.
  • Analyze quality metrics and present data-driven reports for management review.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and drive initiatives to elevate service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9-13 years of experience in BPO quality management or related fields.
  • Thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing quality monitoring tools and data analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving quality objectives.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
