Job Title: Team Lead

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee the management of contracts and ensure efficient use of assets within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of asset/contract management professionals, driving high performance and results.
  • Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and maintain the highest level of performance of the team.
  • E nsure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary.
  • Oversee the use and management of assets within the ServiceNow platform, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes, streamlining operations and reducing costs.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, upholding the highest standards of governance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Responsible for training and development opportunities for team members, fostering growth and expertise.
  • Demonstrate Computacenter's winning together values in this position.
  • Manage resourcing requirements effectively, allocating resources to meet business needs.
  • Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional interactions and ensures all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
  • Act on team member feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within the ServiceNow platform with 7 to 12 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of success.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new working conditions and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity to understand systems, processes, and people for delivering outcomes.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools, with a strong understanding of their applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions and implementing change.
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex structures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
