Job Opportunity: Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented law student to join our team as a contract management specialist. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract management and legal operations, enhancing your professional skills and knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and abstracting contracts to extract key terms and clauses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of contracts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, tracking and managing existing contracts for renewal or amendment.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the team, contributing to the success of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent), demonstrating a strong foundation in contract law and legal principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, enabling effective collaboration and documentation.
