Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management">
  • Lead a team responsible for implementing contracts">
  • Evaluate and validate billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts">
  • Manage a centralized repository and maintain version control">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract-to-cash execution">
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract and invoicing efficiency">
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to reduce billing errors and disputes">
  • Mentor and manage Contracts and Invoicing teams, promoting high accuracy and compliance standards">
  • Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and partnership across departments">
    • Candidate Requirements:">
      • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA is a plus">
      • 10-14 years of experience in Finance, Contracts Management, Invoicing, or Revenue Assurance in SaaS/B2B">
      • 2-3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams">
      • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus">
      • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks">
      • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.)">
      • Proficiency in UAT/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile)">
      • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills">
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team">
      • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities">
      • Results-driven professional with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure">
