Senior Financial Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for our global marketing organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing marketing campaign spend
  • Conducting variance analysis
  • Ddelivering actionable insights to senior marketing leaders

You will also partner with stakeholders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies, present financial performance and trends to stakeholders, and work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a marketing finance function. You should be proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), as well as have hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

You will possess strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA or M.Com preferred.

Bonus points if you have knowledge of Indian GAAP and local financial regulations.
