Workday Financials Strategic Lead Role

This is a highly skilled position that requires deep expertise in Workday Financials to lead end-to-end workstreams for client implementations.

  • Drive tenant configuration, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery within project timelines.
  • Lead and manage assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal or no support.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can interpret and translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration.

A key responsibility of this role is to build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.

The Lead Consultant will deliver high-quality work within project deadlines and ensure compliance with best practices.

  • Strong functional knowledge across Finance domains.
  • Mandatory: Minimum 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues.
