About the Role:

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team of engineers who are dedicated to building innovative features and capabilities for a leading enterprise platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable software using cloud-native solutions.
  • Promote engineering excellence through continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and team practices.
  • Solve complex technical challenges using data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure quality, timeliness, and scope alignment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Deep hands-on experience in software development with C# and related technologies.
  • Strong architectural and design skills for scalable, secure cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
  • Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including 1–2 years in technical leadership and people management.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • .Net core, .net standard, asp.net
  • Experience managing large-scale production deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka, micro-services, and other cloud design patterns.
  • RESTful API design, including API versioning, backwards compatibility, authentication and rate limiting.

Additional Information:

  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles is essential.
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools and techniques is a plus.
