Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to drive business growth through advanced data science methods and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement point forecasting and probabilistic forecasting models using simulation techniques.
  • Build and train machine learning models using GBM, LightGBM, XGBoost, Linear Regression, DeepAR, NBEATS, LSTM, RNN, and Hierarchical Forecasting.
  • Apply cross-validation techniques, including rolling-window, expanding-window, K-fold, and Hold-out methods.
  • Maintain and deploy machine learning models using MLOps best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI, and apply this knowledge to improve our forecasting capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Sciences, Engineering, or quantitative related field.
  • A minimum of 5-9 years of working experience as a Data Scientist in industry.
  • Deep knowledge of data science methods and tools, including simulation model building principles, Machine Learning, and best practices.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or GCP.

Preferred Skills:

  • Agent-based Simulation Model using Anylogic.
  • Any type of simulation model experience.
  • Statistical Forecasting: ARIMA, THETA, Exponential Smoothing.
  • Exposure to LLM or GPT.
